Shipping policy

At MarleezKoffee+, we are dedicated to getting your favorite coffee, teas, and products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Domestic Only
  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all US orders over $35.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $35, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Processing Times
  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your payment is confirmed.
  • Processing hours are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Delivery & Transit
Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, MarleezKoffee+ no longer has direct control over the package.
While we cannot control courier transit delays, we will always do our absolute best to make it right for you. If your package is lost, severely delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at marleezkoffee@outlook.com so we can help resolve the issue.
